Pursuant to the GDPR (European General Data Protection Regulation) Chapter 3 Article 13 et seq. ( and the rDSG (Swiss Data Protection Act) Chapter 4 Article 25 ( et seq. you have the following rights, inter alia:

  • Right to erasure of your personal data stored by us
  • Restriction of processing in case your personal data cannot/may not be erased

Social media icons

Some of our websites contain social media icons such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and others. These icons are inactive and only contain links to the corresponding services. If you are logged in to the relevant service, e.g. Facebook, it will log your surfing behavior and use the information to send you advertising that is relevant to you, for example. Responsibility for personal user data lies with this operator and is carried out in accordance with its data protection provisions.

Retention period of personal data

  • the statutory retention and documentation obligation
