View – High-temperature cameras for safe system inspection
If the exact condition of a system needs to be clarified, we analyze it using our proprietary high-temperature cameras. As part of this process, we evaluate the condition of the plant and the amount of cleaning required. Based on an easy-to-understand imaging process, we discuss the options and the approach with our clients.
Your benefits
- Wide temperature range–up to 1200 °C
- High-temperature infrared cameras for excellent visibility, even in the dark
- Easy-to-understand imaging procedure and excellent images
- Clear status analysis of every system
- Expedient commissioning and high flexibility
- Video data is easy to save and send
Two high-temperature cameras for all systems
There are two different models of high-temperature cameras available, which can be used depending on the type of system. Both models are quick to set up and enable a clear analysis even in harsh conditions, such as hot gas from boiler systems that have a high concentration of particulate matter.
- Type 1,the air-cooled high-temperature camera, can be steered easily in the desired direction thanks to its flexible gooseneck, and fits through small openings.
- Type 2, the water and high-temperature camera, is ideal for long-term use at very high temperatures (up to 1200 °C).
Type 1
Gooseneck high-temperature camera (air-cooled)
- Up to 700 °C operating temperature
- High-temperature infrared camera for excellent visibility in the dark
- Uses special air cooling (Vortex)
- Provides lens rinsing for quality images in dusty environments
- Temperature monitoring protects against overheating
- Length of gooseneck high-temperature camera: 1.15 m
Type 2
High-temperature camera, water and air-cooled
- With special water and air cooling, resistant up to 1200 °C
- High-temperature infrared camera for excellent visibility in the dark
- Provides lens rinsing for quality images in dusty environments
- Temperature monitoring protects against overheating
- Length of the water and air-cooled high-temperature camera 2.70 m (grip to camera)
- Hose bundle for convenient operation
How high-temperature cameras work
- The two high-temperature cameras are connected via cable to a case that contains the monitor, the electronics, and a battery.
- The gooseneck camera is air-cooled by a special vortex cooler. This cool air simultaneously rinses the lens element, which prevents fogging and dust particles from settling. The neck of the high-temperature camera is adjusted by hand in the desired direction.
- The water and air-cooled high-temperature camera has a rigid neck. Thanks to its 90° alignment, it provides an optimum view into the tube bundles and hoppers. It is kept cool by a water supply and return flow, even at very high temperatures. The additional air supply rinses the lens and protects it from fogging.
- Both types of our high-temperature cameras are equipped with special night vision infrared cameras, which provide excellent pictures in every situation.
